About Julie Snowden

Desiring a close-knit community, Julie Snowden chose to raise their family in Horseshoe Bay/Marble Falls area. With her family being from the Hill Country Julie has spent her childhood years enjoying many summers on Lake LBJ.

 

Julie takes great care in learning the specific expectations of each client, relating to their individuality, and adapting to their individual needs.

 

Dedicated to finding homes that serve her clients both functionally as well as logistically, Julie understands that buying or selling a house can be both exciting and overwhelming. She is honored to offer her knowledge and experience so that her clients achieve their goals and find a community they are proud to call home. Julie also loves to work with builders and investors flipping properties.

 

With children (twins) in the elementary school level, Julie is active in volunteering for Marble Falls ISD and local club teams for a variety of sports as well as being an active member of a local church in Marble Falls. When she’s not showing homes or negotiating a sale, Julie loves to read and cook. She also relishes every moment she gets to spend with her family enjoying all that the Hill Country has to offer.
