After a successful career in management, Cathy finally followed her life-long desire to become a full-time Realtor nine years ago, specializing in luxury properties in Horseshoe Bay as well as waterfront properties throughout the Highland Lakes area.

Cathy was born and raised in nearby Austin, Texas. It is there she met her lifelong partner, Mike, also an Austin native, and together they have a beautiful daughter, Megan, who now resides in Fort Worth. Having always been lovers of the lake, Mike and Cathy have owned waterfront vacation property in the Highland Lakes for over 35 years and moved full time to Lake LBJ in 2005. Horses have also been an enduring passion for Cathy and her family, who enjoy family time together traveling throughout the country showing their beloved American Paint horses. In addition, Cathy and her husband love to travel, with ocean cruises and beach locales their favorites.

Cathy currently serves as President of the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, having previously served both on various committees and in leadership roles with that Association, as well as the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Horseshoe Bay Business Alliance, the American Paint Horse Association and the Texas Paint Horse Association. Cathy holds many advanced Realtor designations including the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist, the Accredited Buyers Specialist, the Seller Representative Specialist, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, the Real Estate Negotiation Specialist, and the Certified Residential Specialist, an elite group of the top 3% of Realtors worldwide, and is a graduate of the esteemed Texas Realtors Leadership Program. She also sits on two committees at the state level for the Texas Association of Realtors. Her clients love her friendly and welcoming demeanor, her attention to detail, her high level of professionalism, and her excellent communication skills throughout their transaction. Cathy strives to provide each of her clients with a 5-star experience during their home buying or selling process.
