Ted Burget has created new avenues for Horseshoe Bay ONE. Ted’s background in commercial real estate has allowed the company to expand into the acquisition and development of prime commercial properties. Over the past thirty-five years Ted has worked with every type of Real Estate, from resort properties to downtown office buildings. Ted has been instrumental in forming partnerships for the purpose of acquiring various properties in the Texas Hill Country.
Jody is a thirty year resident of Horseshoe Bay and raised her three children, Mike, Jim and Lacey, in the Texas Hill Country. Her husband, Allan Richards, is a cattleman which gives Jody great insight for evaluating farms and ranches. Jody also focuses on the residential side of the business utilizing her San Antonio and Houston contacts. She has been licensed for four years and doing what comes naturally to her, taking care of her customers and clients as though they were her family.
Born in Fort Worth, Texas, a 2007 graduate of Aledo High School and a 2012 graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Kirby moved back to Fort Worth and worked as a Petroleum Landman leasing acreage in West and North Texas for Four Sevens Oil Company and as a MWD engineer for Inwell Directional Services. He has always enjoyed the Texas Hill Country and decided that Horseshoe Bay would be a great place to begin his Real Estate career. He and his family have spent every summer at Lake LBJ since he was young and he has always believed there is no place like it in Texas, including the real estate properties.
Born and raised in Houston,Texas and a graduate of Sam Houston State University, Leah’s path changed quickly after marrying her husband, Ed. His job took them back to his roots in the Pittsburgh, Pa area where they resided for twenty seven years and raised three sons. Ed made Leah a promise that one day he would get her back to her beloved Texas and family, which he did two and a half years ago. Her passion and experience in design, remodeling and new construction all merged together to build their new waterfront home in Horseshoe Bay. She will always have fond memories of her elementary students, but for now, her love for real estate and building new relationships with people makes this Texas gal feel right at home!
Born in Ft. Worth and grew up in Midland, Texas, Donnie also lived in Washington, D.C. for three years and is a 2008 graduate of Trinity High School as well as studies completed at Midland College and Austin Community College. He obtained his commercial drivers license and worked in the oil patch in West Texas for Phoenix Leasing Services before opening his own hotshot trucking company, Evans Hotshot, LLC. Donnie then decided begin a career in Real Estate and moved to the Hill Country along with his wife, Waren, and sons, Tripp and Jameson.
Jeremy Harris was born and raised in Odessa, Tx where he got an early start in understanding the intricacies of residential and commercial construction while working for his family’s businesses. He worked as a plumber’s helper through high school at Stephens Plumbing and Heating/AC, and worked alongside his dad flipping residential homes. During his time at Midland College, he gained experience as a surveyor at Piper Surveying in Gardendale, Tx. Upon completing studies in Business from Austin Community College, Jeremy obtained his real estate license in 2013, while working in the residential construction industry in Austin. Eager to hone in on his expertise in remodeling, he started his own company, J.H. Builders LLC in 2016, specializing in custom residential and commercial remodeling. J.H. Builders serves the Austin area and is expanding to serve the surrounding hill country. Jeremy’s proficiency in construction and real estate development combine to give him a unique perspective for residential and commercial remodeling, building and development. Jeremy lives in Austin, Tx with his wife, Caroline, and their daughter, Kennedy.

Being raised on a historical 40 section ranch in West Texas, gives her the special insight to all the aspects of investing in Texas land. Land conservation, wildlife management, ranch management and investing in Texas landscape is her primary interest. She brings to our firm the knowledge and expertise in an age old industry, to own that special piece of Texas Land. She and her husband have been investing and developing ranch land for over 20 years. Her experience also involves home building, remodeling and design. It is her belief, buy LAND, they are not making any more of it!
