Kent, a Lampasas, TX native, has been in the real estate business for 39 years. He owned & operated Kent Lesley Real Estate Co. for the past 25 years, specializing in Horseshoe Bay waterfront & Hill Country ranches. Kent has an unmatched knowledge of the Horseshoe Bay waterfront market over the past 25 years. He has sold the largest & most expensive ranches in the area over the last 15 years, representing both buyers & sellers. Kent has bought ranches to improve & re-sell & has developed residential waterfront properties on Lake LBJ & Horseshoe Bay as well.

 

Kent has a vast understanding of the market as his background was 13 years in the commercial real estate appraisal business in Austin, specializing in office, retail, hotel, ranch & golf course/country club valuations all over the southwest USA.

 

He has been a member of Horseshoe Bay Resort for 37 years & is an Escondido Golf & Lake Club Founding Member since inception in 2005. He was on the original Escondido Board of Advisors & has served on numerous Escondido committees over the last 15 years. In another life Kent was known as one of the best amateur golfers in Texas, traveling all over the state meeting clients & playing golf tournaments.
