David Bales

David L. Bales, a native Texan born and raised in Austin, moved to the Texas Hill Country in 2020 and found his dream home near the banks of Lake LBJ. David first discovered Lake LBJ in 1999 visiting a lifelong friend who owned River Oaks Lodge, a quaint place with eight cabins on Lake LBJ. Finding this beautiful oasis was a seminal moment and he loved the fun the area offered, including boating, fishing, golfing and the incredible sunsets.

I recently reactivated my real estate license after spending the last 15 years as a founder and Chairman of Texans for Cures, a non-profit advocating for regenerative medicine both medically and protecting patients by advocating against poor legislation at the Texas Capitol.

My desire to share my love of the Hill Country with family, friends, and anyone else wanting to enjoy this beautiful part of the world, is the driving force for my re-entry into the real estate business.
