Chris Williston

Christopher L. Williston, V (Chris) is a 45-year veteran of the Financial Services industry. A graduate of Texas Tech University, he led the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, a 501c6 trade association, as its CEO for thirty years.

He has been a part-time resident of Horseshoe Bay since 1991 and has been a full-time resident since 2017. He joined Horseshoe Bay One Realty in 2026.

Upon his retirement in 2019, Chris established Williston Consulting Services, LLC, serving organizations in strategic and succession planning, executive coaching, culture development and leadership training. He is proud to add his knowledge of the real estate profession and the Highland Lakes area to the HSB One team.

Chris is married to his wife of 51 years, Janice. They have two children and nine grandchildren, all residing in Horseshoe Bay and Georgetown, Texas.
